Cumnock Cougars 16 - Uddingston 0
First up was Uddingston and right from the kick off the boys were in control of the match. With some great breaks and superior rucking the boys never looked like they were going to loose this game.

Cumnock Cougars 0 - Hillhead 6
The boys went into this game thinking it was going to be easier than it was and with missed tackles and the scrum not working as well as in the first game Hillhead were not long in running in the tries.

Cumnock Cougars 4 - Greenock 6
This was a closely contested match with the boys matching Greenock in the rucks and scrums but a couple of missed tackles by Cumnock allowed Greenock to break the line and run in an extra try.

The day was a great success for the coaches, with the boys showing what they had been taught in training can be carried onto the pitch on match day. Also a massive congratulations to Calum Park who was awarded Player of the tournament.
