P3 Cumnock - Kilmarnock - Marr

A nice trip away to Marr today, unfortunately Marr didn't have any P3 for us to play against. However Kilmarnock had teamed up with Carrick so we had enough players at P3 to make 2 teams.

We played 3 games, the first was mixed teams, we didn't have the kids in bibs though so it was a bit hard for everyone. The next 2 games we changed the teams around to have the Kilmarnock and Cumnock players in one team with a Carrick player helping too. This made refereeing much easier and allowed the kids to see who was in their team much better.
Cumnock only had 3 P3 players today Stewart, Teddy and Callum. Luka came along and was watching seeing what happens at games hopefully see him on the pitch at games over the next few weeks. Our 3 kids all played really well today passing, side stepping and tackling brilliantly. They were also good at passing to the other teammates they didn't know, this is great to see. Lots of tries were scored by both teams. Hopefully everyone had fun and got warmed up quickly.
