Cumnock started the livlier with Andy Houston pulling all the strings at stand off.
Jamie Drummond powered over for an early try.
E/k came roaring back with a solo effort from their flying winger.
The game was played at a frantic pace with both teams going close on several occasions.
Both teams swapped tries at the beginning off the second half.
Cumnock forwards were beginning to take control with Wallace Findlay powering over for a crucial try.
Special mention for Jock Welsh who was outstanding at full back.
Cumnock ran out 20/19 winners in probably their best team effort off the season.
Coach Morton Houston was very pleased with effort and commitment of the boys.
