West 2 is tighter than a props shorts in preseason, with only one point separating the top 4 teams. The current order - Lenzie, Cumnock, Strathendrick and Paisley. Lenzie will conclude their season on Saturday, including Saturdays games Cumnock have 3 to play, Strathendrick 5 and Paisley 2 games left.

Its now well and truly the business end of the season and Cumnock 1st XV must concentrate and treat every game like a cup final from now till the end of the season to keep their promotion challenge alive. They will be looking for another strong performance this week away to Uddingston. Kick off 3.00. Hopefully the support that has been building all season can make their way up to the game to keep the boys going.

If you can't make the 1st game the 2nd XV are at home v Lenzie 2's, ko 3.00. With only 2 games remaining the 2nd XV season has been a mixed bag, being on the wrong side of a number of tight results. However, they have improved as the season went on and will be looking to end on a high at home.
