Pre-season sessions will commence on Tuesday 3rd July from 7 - 8.30 at Netherthird and will run every Tuesday and Thursday until the start of the season.

This is a huge season for the three senior sides and there is quite rightly an air of expectation around the club after such a successful and enjoyable season just past. In order to play to your potential you have to be fit so please make every effort to get to training.
