Cumnock Rugby operates a full calendar of fixtures, for all its teams (up to 14) , who train and play from mid August to end of May each season. The Pitch Convener is responsible for the allocation of facilities for the Micro/Mini/Midi and will liaise with the Mini and Midi Fixtures Secretaries to ensure that all home games have a pitch and appropriate changing facilities.

The club Pitch Convener will be directly involved in the booking and allocation of these facilities. It is envisaged that this will be a position that will have its focus in early summer when fixtures are being arranged for the following season. During the season once fixture lists are planned and finalised this position will require more of an oversight role.

This role will benefit from the support of the Mini and Midi Fixtures Coordinator, Club Committee and the Club Development Officer.
